Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your a555 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during the login or verification process. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. a555 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits are generally credited to your a555 Account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts that are registered in your name and have been used for previous deposits, or verified by a555 compliance as belonging to you. a555 reserves the right to process withdrawals only after satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification requirements.
If your Account balance includes Bonus Funds, withdrawal of those funds is subject to the completion of wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Real-money funds deposited by you are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time (subject to standard processing and KYC requirements).
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. a555 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Account balances after this period, in accordance with rates published on the a555 Cashier help page.
